Fantasy Road Comics welcomes returns for damaged comics, provided that we receive notification within 5 days of delivery including images of the damaged product. If you encounter any issues with damaged or incorrectly shipped orders, please reach out to us at customerservice@fantasyroad.co.uk.

Our return policy exclusively applies to damaged comics. As these items fall under the category of periodicals, they are exempt from distance selling regulations. Consequently, we are not obligated to provide a 14-day cooling-off period.

Postage costs for returned items are at the buyers cost.

Pre-orders

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations for preorders.

In-stock order cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. However, due to the inability to recover payment processing fees, a 5% administrative charge will apply.

Delivery

For domestic orders totaling less than £25, we utilise standard Royal Mail services (unless selected otherwise).

Domestic orders exceeding £25 are dispatched using tracked services.

Typically, orders are shipped once all items are in stock, and we aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 5 working days, though this can extend up to 10 working days during peak times.

Weekly preorders are shipped within a week of release, and dates are indicated in the listing title (subject to change by the publisher).

CGC preorders have varying dispatch times; please refer to the listing for an approximate estimated dispatch time.

Costs:

Under 500g (Roughly 1 - 5 comics) - £2.65 / 2nd class standard

501g - 2kg (Roughly 6 - 30 comics) - £3.65 / 48 Hour tracked

£2k+ £11.65 / Special delivery next day by 1pm

PLEASE NOTE:

In any cases that Royal Mail lose or damage a parcel, the liability lies with them. To claim against lost or damaged mail, visit the claims centre by clicking here

For any costs incurred by a customer, caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order, these will be charged tot he customer at cost.
